Clinical meeting, Wednesday, 8th February, 2017

(Posted on behalf of Peter McLaren)

The first meeting of 2017 will be a combined one with the O&G specialists. The topic is hypertension in pregnancy, but other items in the interplay of light betwixt the specialties may also be raised.  It is on a Wednesday night. There was no room at the inn (Pindara) and so it will be held at SAS rooms, suite 12, 82-86 Minnie St, Southport. 5.30 for 6pm. Specialists from both Pindara and GCPH are invited. Food and drink supplied. Please RSVP for catering purposes. (

The sponsor will be Donna Williams from Masimo. They not only market some innovative oximeters, but also a non-invasive device for tracking trends in a patient’s Hb post-operatively.

Reminders will go out closer to the time.

Best wishes for a happy and safe festive season!
